They are still around, yes really!
Companies who manufacture and assemble indoors. A company with the smell of steel in the workshop. A company with its own product! And small enough to know everyone by name!
Pleased to meet you! We are Naaykens Luchttechniek. We develop and manufacture products essential to the manufacturing industry. From powering the ovens of a brickworks or for the demanding food sector to extraction systems for the heavily regulated pharmaceutical industry. We have been doing this successfully for 75 years. We are growing and investing hard in the future.
As a technician, you will maintain and assemble various types of installations and systems, including industrial fans, filter installations and blasting cabins, sometimes in our company, but mainly in the field. We do this in the Netherlands, but occasionally also in Belgium and Germany. During your work, you are often on the road together with a colleague who already has several years of experience in the trade and is willing to teach you all the tricks of the trade.
Before naming a list of what we expect from you, we like to dwell with what we have to offer you!
First of all, good to know; do you want to work 4 days? That is also possible in this position. The position can be filled from 32 hours a week.
Naaykens; with us, you will find a close-knit group of diverse colleagues with broad technical experience and knowledge. An environment where colleagues learn from each other at all times. The culture at Naaykens is characterised by our open and honest approach to one another, not to mention our Brabant conviviality. Typical are the job nights where the factory is available for things you want to tinker with yourself. Colleagues help each other with the laser cutter, welding or with the CNC router to realise their own hobby projects.
We give you a lot of freedom and responsibility. Asking your manager’s permission for everything? That is not necessary with us. You work in a self-managing team where entrepreneurship and initiative are appreciated.
What else do we offer you?
And now we turn the proposal round. After all, hopefully you are our perfect match! Are you someone who:
In addition, our perfect match lives within a 30-kilometre radius of Tilburg and speaks good Dutch. For this vacancy, having a driving licence B is a requirement and a Vca certificate a plus.
Do you have no or a valid VCA? Then we will arrange this for you! This also applies to a forklift and aerial work platform certificate.
