Structure of the privacy statement
This page explains what personal data we process and for what purposes. It also explains for which services we process the data and on what legal basis we may do so. Data sharing with other parties has been highlighted, as well as processing personal data outside the EU. Personal data security is addressed along with dealing with retention periods. What is personal data?

What rights do you have?

• Het recht van dataportabiliteit: op uw verzoek moeten wij alle persoonsgegevens die wij van u hebben overdragen naar u of een andere organisatie naar uw keuze. You can only exercise this right if the data is processed on the basis of consent or agreement.

– The right to object: if we process data on the grounds of legitimate interest or public interest, it is possible to object after which a balancing of interests will follow. In the case of direct marketing, you always have the right to object.
