Pat-Jet Easy-Access 25+/25 - very large filters for heavy industrial applications

Where a medium-sized filter system is no longer adequate, our modular construction allows us to easily configure and supply a large to very large filter. In these applications, the filters are largely project-designed to make everything fit correctly. However, through our smart modular construction, we manage to limit the part that needs to be specially designed to 10-20% and the rest of the filter consists of standard parts.

The modular design of the filters makes it very easy to expand the filter capacity. With a wide range of fans where multiple fans can be used simultaneously, a wide range of flow rates is possible. Depending on the dust and dust concentration, the size of the filter section can be determined.

A major advantage of this design method is that it prevents the filter from being oversized or undersized.

Such large filters are usually used for central extraction systems for large production lines, extractors for large rooms, production processes that release large amounts of dust or large blast rooms.

Short delivery time despite very large filter system

Because we work a lot with modular blocks that are largely in stock, we can maintain a short delivery time. Depending on the rush, we are usually able to deliver an 80/25 filter with 3 fans á 45,000 m3/h within 6-8 weeks (with close cooperation and fast communication), where at other companies it typically takes another month longer.

High-quality polyester filter cartridges

Our most commonly used filter cartridges are made of 100% high-quality spun polyester. These filter cartridges are very robust and resistant to moist air, abrasion, changing temperatures and chemicals.

Energy-efficient fan

With our high-quality fans and optional pressure-dependent compressed-air cleaners, our filters are very economical – for a machine that in many cases runs long hours, that’s nice.

Robust design of filter box

As standard, the Pat-Jet filters are made of 3 and 5 mm thick sheet steel. Due to this robust design, the filters are known to last a long time. We also exclusively use high-quality and proven components for our filters.

Quick change of filter cartridges

Our Easy Access system makes changing filter cartridges a simple and quick job. Whereas with other systems a filter change is a tedious time-consuming job, a Pat-Jet Easy Access filter change is done within minutes with no tools required.

Wide choice of collection methods industrial dust

The large filters are often used in processes that also generate a lot of dust. The modular design makes it easy to choose a dust collector that fits the process well. Think of a big-bag for easy disposal of large amounts of dust, 200L oil drums for collecting dust that can be reused, or a transport screw to a central collection.

Wide selection of options

Many interesting additional options are available to improve the performance of the filter. These include silencers to minimise the noise produced, a handy platform for changing cartridges, a delta-p timer to save compressed air or a suction duct to an existing room.

ATEX explosion-proof filters

These filters are also available in ATEX 20/21/22. For this, the filter is tuned to the characteristics of the dust, so that in the event of a dust explosion, the filter can definitely withstand this explosion. If these values are not known, we will be happy to help you determine these characteristics via a reputable lab and advise you on the best next steps.
