Pat-Jet Easy-Access 6/25 - robust filter for medium-sized industrial applications

De Pat-Jet Easy-Access 6/25 is een compact filter dat toch grote prestaties kan leveren. Het filter is ideaal voor kleinschalige industriële afzuiging of als extra afzuiging voor machines die verder weg staan van de hoofdafzuiging.

This filter is an intermediate size between the very compact 2/25 filter and the larger 10/25 filter. Typical applications include small blast and metallisation booths, or machines with high flow rates and low dust production as shot peening installations.

The modular design makes it quick and easy to configure a filter for the process it is intended for. The 6/25 filter is ideally suited for factory halls where typically a lot of space is available in height and free floor space is valuable. With its modular options, this compact filter can also be tailored to airflows with very low to high dust loads

High-quality polyester filter cartridges

Our most commonly used filter cartridges are made of 100% high-quality spun polyester. These filter cartridges are very robust and resistant to moist air, abrasion, changing temperatures and chemicals.

Robust design

As standard, the Pat-Jet filters are made of 3 and 5 mm thick sheet steel. Due to this robust design, the filters are known to last a long time. We also exclusively use high-quality and proven components for our filters.

Energy-efficient

With our high-quality fans and optional pressure-dependent compressed-air cleaners, our filters are very economical – for a machine that in many cases runs long hours, that’s nice.

Quick change of patterns

Our Easy Access system makes changing filter cartridges a simple and quick job. Where with other systems a filter change is a tedious time-consuming job, a Pat-Jet Easy Access filter change is done within minutes with no special tools required.

Wide choice of dust collection methods

The modular design makes it easy to choose a dust collection system that fits the process well. Think of a dust bag or a 50L dust canister that can be quickly exchanged.

This filter can also be fitted with a suspension for a big-bag. This requires an additional support seat so that the big-bag can also be removed. The space between the legs in the standard version is limited.

Wide selection of options

Many interesting additional options are available to improve the performance of the filter. These include silencers to minimise the noise produced, a delta-p timer to save compressed air or a suction duct to an existing room.

ATEX explosion-proof filters

These filters are also available in ATEX 20/21/22. For this, the filter is tuned to the characteristics of the dust, so that in the event of a dust explosion, the filter can definitely withstand this explosion. If these values are not known, we will be happy to help you determine these characteristics via a reputable lab and advise you on the best next steps.
