Pat-Jet Easy-Access 2/25 - robust filter for medium-sized industrial applications

The Pat-Jet Easy Access 2/25 is the smallest filter in our range. The small high construction of the filter makes it ideally suited for the extraction of single machines or small-scale extraction of simple production lines.

The compact design utilising mainly the height makes this filter a good solution for local extraction without taking up a large floor area. This filter is mainly designed for light industrial applications such as extraction of welding fumes, individual machines that produce relatively little dust or as a matching filter next to a main filter to fill gaps in the overall extraction.

Wide range of achievable pressures and flow rates

Due to the modular construction, there is a wide choice of different types of fans that can be fitted to the Pat-Jet Easy-Access 2/25 filter. Depending on the application, the desired operating point of the fan is very different. Especially with small flow rates, the distance to the extraction point is very important, because with low flow rates small-diameter pipes, the pressure drop across the pipes can quickly become high, as a result of the small pipe diameters.

With relatively small pipes of approx. Ø150 mm, the pressure drop is quickly towards 20 Pa/m. If the filter is located at a large distance from the extraction point and there are many bends in the pipework, the pressure drop can sometimes be 1000 Pa higher than if the filter is located next to the process to be extracted. We will therefore be happy to help you calculate the pressure drop in your process and the right associated fans.

High-quality polyester filter cartridges

Our most commonly used filter cartridges are made of 100% high-quality spun polyester. These filter cartridges are very robust and resistant to moist air, abrasion, changing temperatures and chemicals.

Robust design

As standard, the Pat-Jet filters are made of 3 and 5 mm thick sheet steel. Due to this robust design, the filters are known to last a long time. We also exclusively use high-quality and proven components for our filters.

The split design also makes this filter easy to transport and install through small spaces.

Energy-efficient fan

With our high-quality fans and optional pressure-dependent compressed-air cleaners, our filters are very economical – for a machine that in many cases runs long hours, that’s nice.

Quick change of patterns

Our Easy Access system makes changing filter cartridges a simple and quick job. Where with other systems a filter change is a tedious time-consuming job, a Pat-Jet Easy Access filter change is done within minutes with no special tools required.

Wide selection of options

Many interesting additional options are available to improve the performance of the filter. These include silencers to minimise the noise produced, a delta-p timer to save compressed air or, for example, a larger dust collection.
