Customer request: industrial extraction system for bottom ash
A client of ours had a problem with dust generation during bulk transshipment of so-called bottom ash. The dust generation takes place along the entire length of the plant so our knowledge of Air Technology, filtering, extraction and piping came in handy.
With such installations, Naaykens Luchttechniek has actual experience and ready knowledge for many years. With our in-house production, we can adapt an extraction system precisely to the industrial process. In close cooperation with the customer, our experienced professionals determine the required extraction points, on which the extraction system is designed. In such situations, both the piping and the sizing of the filter are tailored to the customer’s wishes, requirements and needs.
We were proud to relieve this client of all air technical problems, where we were happy to use our expertise to rid the process technical plant of dust problems.
Again, the filtered air is purified of dust and clean enough that it can be blown back into the factory. Blowing air back into the factory is an energy-saving measure in the cold winter months and/or in the summer months, which saves a lot in gas or electricity bills. No cold air needs to be heated in the winter and no hot outside air needs to be cooled in the summer. With the right sound-deadening measures, the installation complies with health and safety requirements and with the customer’s demands.
